  • Eligibility for Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if we fail to place your purchased backlinks within 30 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where some but not all backlinks have been successfully placed, we will offer a proportional partial refund corresponding to the number of backlinks not delivered.
  • Initiating a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details. All refund requests must be made within 45 days of purchase. Our team will then verify the claim and initiate a refund process if applicable.
  • Processing Time: Once a refund has been approved, we will process it within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.
  • Non-refundable Services: Please note that any additional services such as expedited delivery or custom content creation are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
  • Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if work has not yet started. If the order is in progress, cancellation will be subject to the same terms as our refund policy.
